REPAIR AND REHABILITATION OF FACILITIES IN SANCTUARY CENTER (SC)
UNDER DESIGN AND BUILD SCHEME
1. The Department of Social Welfare and Development Field Office - National Capital Region
(DSWD FO - NCR), through the Regular Agency Fund, FY 2025 General Appropriations Act,
RA 12118, Specific Budgets of National Government Agencies intends to apply the total amount of
Five Million Seven Hundred Sixty-Eight Thousand Three Hundred Twenty-One Pesos and
62/100 Only (P5, 768, 321.62) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment
under the contract for the Repair and Rehabilitation of Facilities in Sanctuary Center (SC)
under Design and Build Scheme. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically
rejected at bid opening.
2. The DSWD FO NCR now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the
Works shall be:
