1. The Jose R. Reyes Memorial Medical Center, using a single-year Framework Agreement, through the Government of the Philippines (GOP) of 2026 intends to apply the sum of Twenty Nine Million Three Hundred Twenty Eight Thousand One Hundred Seventy Two Pesos and 80/100 (PhP29, 328, 172.80) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for, ITB NO. 2026-DM-22 / PIN NO. 2026-DM-22. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Jose R. Reyes Memorial Medical Center now invites bids for Early Procurement Activity (EPA) of Various Drugs and Medicines ANTIDIABETIC DRUGS / UROLOGICALS CY 2026.
