1. The Jose R. Reyes Memorial Medical Center, using a single-year Framework Agreement, through the Government of the Philippines (GOP) of 2026 intends to apply the sum of Eight Million Eight Hundred Eighty One Thousand Five Hundred Ninety Two Pesos (PhP8, 881, 592.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for, ITB NO. 2026-DM-21 / PIN NO. 2026-DM-21. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Jose R. Reyes Memorial Medical Center now invites bids for Early Procurement Activity (EPA) of Various Drugs and Medicines ANTIHYPERLIPIDEMIC DRUGS CY 2026.
