Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
RENEWAL OF VMWARE SUBSCRIPTION FOR ONE (1) YEAR
ITB NO. 2026-18
1) The Professional Regulation Commission - Central Office (PRC-CO), through the FY 2026 Current Fund intends to apply the sum of Five Million Nine Hundred Thirty-Seven Thousand Two Hundred Thirty-Four Pesos (Php5, 937, 234.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Renewal of VMware Subscription for One (1) Year, with ITB No. 2026-18. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The PRC-CO now invites bids for the abovementioned project. Delivery of the Goods is required within the duration required under the Schedule of Requirements. Bidders should have completed, at least four (4) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
