The Provincial Government of Eastern Samar, through the 20% EDF CY 2026-#13 intends to apply the sum of Five Million Pesos Only (PhP5, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract ITB NO. 2026-06-096 CONSTRUCTION OF RIVER FLOOD CONTROL, Brgy.
