The Provincial Government of Eastern Samar, through the 20% EDF CY 2026-#18 intends to apply the sum of Ten Million Pesos Only (PhP10, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract ITB NO. 2026-06-082 CONSTRUCTION OF SEAWALL, Brgy.
