1. The Jose R. Reyes Memorial Medical Center, using a single-year Framework Agreement, through the Government of the Philippines (GOP) of 2024 intends to apply the sum of Five Million Eighty Four Thousand Three Hundred Eighty Nine Pesos and 98/100 (PhP5, 084, 389.98) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for, PIN NO. 2024-DM-029 / ITB NO. 2024-DM (REBID) -076. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
