1. The Provincial Government of Eastern Samar, through the Appropriation Ordinance No. 18, S. 2022 intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Pesos Only (PhP7, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract ITB NO. 2024-03-023 CONSTRUTION OF ROAD FROM HIGHWAY TO POBLACION, Jipapad, Eastern Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
