1. The PROFESSIONAL REGULATION COMMISSION (PRC), through the Government of the Philippines (GOP), General Appropriations Act (GAA) of 2023 (Republic Act No. 11936), intends to apply the total sum of Two Million Nine Hundred Five Thousand One Hundred Fifty Pesos (Php2, 905, 150.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Subscription of License Renewal with Upgrade and Maintenance Support for Existing Virtual Machine Software - REBID / ITB No. 2023-35. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The PRC now invites bids for the Subscription of License Renewal with Upgrade and Maintenance Support for Existing Virtual Machine Software - Rebid.
