The Municipal Local Government Unit of Hingyon, through the FY 2026 20% Development Fund, intends to apply the sum of three Hundred Twelve Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty-Three and 14/100 (PhP312, 863.14) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Culob-Mompolia Intersection to Municipal Ground Electrification” at Bitu, Hingyon, Ifugao. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
