The Municipal Local Government Unit of Hingyon, through the FY 2026 20% Development Fund, intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Ninety-Six Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine and 9/100 (PhP496, 999.09) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Municipal Ground Solar Street Light” at Bitu, Hingyon, Ifugao. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
