The Municipal Local Government of Hingyon, through the FY 2026 20% Development Fund, intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Ninety-Seven Thousand Two Hundred Pesos (PhP397, 200.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Amganad- Cababuyan Road Improvement” at Northern Cababuyan, Hingyon, Ifugao. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
