INVITATON TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF

1) The Department of Education, Regional Office XI, through the General Appropriations Act FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Fifty-Seven Million One Hundred Forty-Seven Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Five Pesos and Sixty Centavos (₱57, 147, 995.60) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for The Procurement of Supply and Delivery of Learning Tools and Equipment-Science and Mathematics Equipment (LTE-SME) for Public Schools. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
