The Liquicia Barangay Council of Caba, La Union, through the Development Fund intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Forty Thousand Pesos (₱140, 000.00), the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for various infrastructure projects listed below. Bids received more than the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
