The Municipal Government of Banaue, through the Local Government Fund to apply the sum of Four Million One Hundred Twenty-Eight Thousand Four Hundred Fifty-Four pesos and Eighty-Five Centavos only (4, 128, 454.85) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the payments under the contract for Various Infrastructure Project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected on the bid opening.
