INVITATION TO BID FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF WATER SYSTEM
1. The Barangay Montilla through the Provincial Government of Negros Occidental Fund intends to apply the sum of PHP 250, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the Improvement of Water Supply System, Brgy. Montilla, Moises Padilla, Negros Occidental. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening.
2. The Barangay Montilla now invites bids for the supply and delivery of goods for this project located at this Barangay. Delivery of goods is twenty (20) calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed within two (2) years a SLCC that is similar to the project to be bid equivalent to at least 50% of the ABC.
