Invitation to Bid for IMPROVEMENT OF MUNICIPAL BUILDING
1) The Municipal Government of Salcedo, through the Capital Outlay of 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (₱1, 500, 000.00) being the approved budget for the contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Improvement of Municipal Building. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipal Government of Salcedo now invites bids for Improvement of Municipal Building. Completion of the Works is required within 90 Calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 90 Calendar days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
