Invitation to Bid
1. The Barangay Poblacion I, through the Province Aid - 2026 intends to apply the sum of Php 204, 853.00 being the approved budget of the contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for BPI-003-12-26-ITB. Bids receive in excess of the Approved budget of the Contract (ABC) shall automatically be rejected at bid opening of materials for Improvement of Multi-Purpose Building (covered court) of Barangay Poblacion I, Sagay City.
2. The Barangay Poblacion I, now invites bids for materials for Improvement of Multi-Purpose Building (covered court). Bidders should have completed, within one (1) year from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to bidders.
3. Bidding will be through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IIR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as “ Government Procurement Reform Act”.
