The Municipality of Manay, through the General Fund CY 2026 under 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of One Million Six Hundred Five Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty One and 92/100 (P 1, 605, 861.92) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Civil Works Improvement of Manay Baywalk, Manay, Davao Oriental with Project Identification No. 101-2026-07-1INFRA. BID in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
1. The Municipality of Manay now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. . The bidder must have completed, within a period of three (3) years from the submission of the bid Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
