INVITATION TO BID FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF FARM TO MARKET ROAD
1. The Municipality of Moises Padilla through the 20% MDF 300CY intends to apply the sum of PHP 4, 000, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for Improvement of Farm to Market Road, Sitio Tibubong to Sitio Tios, Brgy. Quintin Remo, Moises Padilla, Negros Occidental. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Moises Padilla now invites bids for the delivery of materials, labor and equipment for this project located at this Municipality. Completion of works is forty five (45) calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed within two (2) years a SLCC that is similar to the project to be bid equivalent to at least 50% of the ABC.
