1. The Local Government Unit of Banaue, Ifugao, through the LGU FUND intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Forty-Four Thousand Seven Hundred Forty Five pesos (PhP 444, 745.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for Information Technology Equipment Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
