Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF

FOOD SUPPLEMENTS BY LOT



1) The Municipality of Manay, through the General Fund of CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Two Hundred (P 799, 200.00) Pesos being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Lot - supply and delivery of food supplements with Project Identification No. 101-2025-12-G01. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.



The Municipality of Manay now invites bids for enumerated food supplements using the Life Cycle Assessment. Delivery of the Goods is required within 10 days from receipt of Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed, at least 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
