Invitation to Bid
1. The Barangay Baviera, through the Province Aid - 2026 intends to apply the sum of Php 208, 770.00 being the approved budget of the contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for BBS-003-21-26-ITB. Bids receive in excess of the Approved budget of the Contract (ABC) shall automatically be rejected at bid opening of materials for Construction of Foot walk of Barangay Baviera, Sagay City.
2. The Barangay Baviera, now invites bids for materials for Construction of Foot walk. Bidders should have completed, within one (1) year from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to bidders.
3. Bidding will be through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IIR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as “ Government Procurement Reform Act”.
