INVITATION TO BID FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF DAY CARE CENTER
1. The Barangay Quintin Remo through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of PHP 179, 670.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the Construction of Day Care Center, Sitio Tios, Brgy. Quintin Remo, Moises Padilla, Negros Occidental. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening.
2. The Barangay Quintin Remo now invites bids for the materials, labor and equipment for this project located at this Barangay. Completion of works is forty five (45) calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed within two (2) years a SLCC that is similar to the project to be bid equivalent to at least 50% of the ABC.
