Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR 25GC002
1. The DPWH-Regional Office III, through the FY 2025 RA 12116 Regular 2025 Current (SR2025-02-006348) intends to apply the sum of Php 2, 700, 000.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for Contract ID No. 25GC002 - Procurement of Weigh-in-Motion (WIM) System for use in the Conduct of Axle Load Survey (an Activity of the National Road Traffic Survey Program - NRTSP) undertaken by the Planning & Design Division, DPWH -Regional Office No. III, Sindalan, City of San Fernando, Pampanga. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The DPWH-Regional Office III now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by within (30) calendar days upon receipt of the approved P.O. Bidders should have completed, within 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
