JJ Linao Road to Bagac-Mariveles Road in support to Freeport Area of Bataan (FAB) Forest, Bataan, Contract ID No. 25C00511.
1. The DPWH-Regional Office III, through the FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of P192, 999, 905.78 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for above-named project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
