Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF
TEWS -ALERTING SIREN COPONENTS
1) The Municipality of Manay, through TRUST FUND UNDER THE MDRRM FUND intends to apply the sum of FOUR HUNDRED EIGHTY THOUSAND PESOS (P480, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ONE LOT ALERTING SIREN COMPONENTS with Project Identification No. 101-2026-06-24-2G. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
