The Contractor Shall Furnish All Labor, Materials, Equipment, And Supervision Necessary To Construct A New Pool Patio Cover Attached To The Right Side Of The Existing Clubhouse. All Work Shall Comply With The Provided Structurally Engineered Drawings And Specifications, Applicable Codes, And City Of Milton Standards. Structural Plans Are Provided In Appendix A Of This Invitation To Bid.
