The PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF SOUTH COTABATO, through the Supplemental Budget No. 1 - 2026 intends to apply the sum of P2, 700, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for ITB 26-0109, Supply and Delivery of 1 unit Surveying Equipment & 1 unit Plotter. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
