RE-INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 400 SETS KIDDIE CHAIR AND TABLE
1. The PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF SOUTH COTABATO, through the Special Education Fund intends to apply the sum of P2, 000, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for ITB 26-0090-A, Supply and Delivery of 400 sets Kiddie Chair and Table. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF SOUTH COTABATO now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of 400 sets Kiddie Chair and Table using the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid (LCRB). Delivery of the Goods is required within 60 calendar days from the receipt of Notice to Proceed.
