1. The PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF SOUTH COTABATO, through the 20% Local Development Fund intends to apply the sum of P1, 500, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for ITB 26-0088, 1 lot Procurement & Installation of IP Based PABX and Public Address System. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF SOUTH COTABATO now invites bids for 1 lot Procurement & Installation of IP Based PABX and Public Address System using the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid (LCRB). Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 calendar days from the receipt of Notice to Proceed.
