INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS FLUIDS
1. The PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF SOUTH COTABATO, through the Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of P1, 976, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for ITB 26-0071, Supply and Delivery of Various Fluids. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF SOUTH COTABATO now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Various Fluids using the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid (LCRB). Delivery of the Goods is required within 20 calendar days from the receipt of Notice to Proceed.
