INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 100, 000 LITERS DIESOLINE
1. The PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF SOUTH COTABATO, through the General Fund Annual Budget 2026 intends to apply the sum of P12, 000, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for ITB 26-0068, Supply and Delivery of 100, 000 liters Diesoline. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF SOUTH COTABATO now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of 100, 000 liters Diesoline using the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid (LCRB). Delivery of the Goods is required within 20 calendar days from the receipt of Notice to Proceed.
