INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 1 UNIT COMPUTER SERVER & 1 UNIT UPS
1. The PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF SOUTH COTABATO, through the Continuing Appropriations 2026 intends to apply the sum of P1, 200, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for ITB 26-0029, Supply and Delivery of 1 unit Computer Server & 1 unit UPS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF SOUTH COTABATO now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of 1 unit Computer Server & 1 unit UPS using the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid (LCRB). Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 calendar days from the receipt of Notice to Proceed.
