INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS CONSTRUCTION SUPPLIES & 1 LOT EQUIPMENT RENTAL

1. The PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF SOUTH COTABATO, through the CY 2021 20% Local Development Fund, intends to apply the sum of P2, 000, 464.70 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Various Construction Supplies & 1 lot Equipment Rental. / ITB No. 21-0105, as named below:

- Various Construction Supplies. P 1, 874, 445.15 - PS 1

- 1 lot Equipment Rental. P 126, 019.55 - PS 2

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
