Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 2, 500 BAGS HYBRID RICE SEEDS

1. The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office IX, through the NGA, General Appropriations Act of 2024 intends to apply the sum of TWELVE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (₱12, 500, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of 2, 500 bags Hybrid Rice Seeds with identification no. ITB 2024-115. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office IX now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by (as specified in the Schedule of Requirements). Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
