INVITATION TO BID NO. 2022-08-164

Procurement of 160, 000 boxes Gift Packs for Senior Citizens

1. The City Government of Manila, through the General Fund CY 2022 - Welfare Goods Expenses intends to apply the sum of Eighty-Eight Million Pesos Only (Php88, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the Procurement of 160, 000 boxes Gift Packs for Senior Citizens / ITB No. 2022-08-164. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government of Manila now invites Bids from eligible Bidders for the above procurement project for Department of Social Welfare. Delivery of Goods is required by Forty-Five (45) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Prospective Bidders should have completed, within the last three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a Single Largest Completed Contract (SLCC) that is similar to the contract to be bid equivalent to at least twenty five percent (25%) of the approved Budget for the Contract (ABC).
