Invitation to Bid for Repair/ Maintenance of Municipal Building
1) The Municipal Government of Salcedo, through the Building Maintenance of 2026 intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred twenty-eight Thousand Nine hundred sixty-Seven & 30/100 pesos Only (₱528, 967.30) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Repair/ Maintenance of Municipal Building. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipal Government of Salcedo now invites bids for Repair/ Maintenance of Municipal Building. Completion of the Works is required within July 9, 2026- August 21, 2026. Bidders should have completed, within 45 Calendar days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
