Invitation to Bid for Completion of Emergency Operation Center
1) The Municipal Government of Salcedo, through the 20% Local Development Fund of 2026 intends to apply the sum of Six Million pesos Only (₱6, 000, 000.00) while the LDRRMF of 2026 intends to allocate the Two Million pesos only (₱2, 000, 000.00) making a total Approved Budget for the Contract of Eight Million Pesos Only (₱8, 000, 000.00) (ABC) to payments under the contract for Completion of Emergency Operation Center. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipal Government of Salcedo now invites bids for Completion of Emergency Operation Center. Completion of the Works is required within 273 Calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 273 Calendar days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
