Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF GOODS: PROVISION OF CATERING SERVICES FOR THE CAVRAA DELEGATES TO THE PALARONG PAMBANSA 2026
1) The Department of Education - Regional Office No. 2, through the GAA FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Six Million Three Hundred Thousand Pesos (P 6, 300, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Goods: Provision of Catering Services for The CAVRAA Delegates to the Palarong Pambansa 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Department of Education - Regional Office No. 2 now invites bids for Provision of Catering Services for The CAVRAA Delegates to the Palarong Pambansa 2026 . Delivery of the Goods is required for fifteen (15) days to be served during the duration of the Palarong Pambansa 2026. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
