Tender are invited for INVITATION TO BID (ITB) PROJECT NAME: BASIC NEEDS TRUST FUND TENTH PROGRAMME (BNTF 10) IMPLEMENTER: SAINT LUCIA SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT FUND (SSDF)SERVICE: CONSTRUCTION OF A MULTI-FUNCTIONAL PERFORMANCE STAGE COUNTRY: SAINT LUCIA TYPE: WORKS CONTRACTS The Government of Saint Lucia (GOSL) has received a Grant from the Caribbean Development Bank (CDB) towards the cost of the implementation of the Basic Needs Trust Fund Tenth Programme (BNTF 10) and now intends to apply a portion of the proceeds of this financing to cover eligible payments arising out of a number of sub projects in Education and Human Resource Development, Water and Sanitation Services, Basic Community Access and Drainage to be implemented in 2024. The Project is being implemented by the Saint Lucia Social Development Fund (SSDF). Payments by CDB will be made only at the request of GOSL, and upon approval by the CDB, and will be subject, in all respects, to the terms and conditions of the Grant Agreement. The Grant Agreement prohibits withdrawal from the Grant Account for the purpose of any payment to persons or entities, or for any import of goods, if such payment or import, to the knowledge of CDB, is prohibited by a decision of the United Nations Security Council taken under Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations.
