Project Description: The scope of this project is to increase the size of seven patient washrooms at Nicola Valley Hospital and Health Centre to allow for safer access by patients and staff. The current washrooms do not provide sufficient room to allow for patient lifts or for staff to assist patients inside the washrooms. Note: This project will be delivered in two phases, with a separate CCDC 2 (2020) contract issued for each phase. Each phase will reference its respective project number (6225007 for Phase 1 and 6226007 for Phase 2). Refer to the Scope of Work for additional details. Project Delivery Method: Design-Bid-Build Contract Type: Two CCDC 2 (2020)'s - one for each phase.
