IT system for handling bookings, subsidies, association register and leisure passes Frederikssund Municipality offers a contract for the delivery, implementation and operation of an integrated IT system for handling municipal bookings, subsidies, association register and leisure pass Frederikssund Municipality has approx. 47, 000 inhabitants and an active life of associations, which is supported through subsidy schemes and access to municipal facilities. The purpose of the tender is to acquire an integrated digital solution for: •booking and administration of municipal facilities and premises, • creation and maintenance of associations' master information and association register, •administration and payment of grants and pools, •handling leisure passes. The solution must effectively support the Ordering Party administrative workflows and at the same time give associations and citizens simple and user-friendly access. The ordering party aims for one common entrance for the primary users (the ordering party's associations) for all communication regarding subsidies and facilities. The solution must be intuitive to use for all user groups, including senior citizens.
