Tender Details

The municipality of Norrköping intends to procure a new IT support for recruitment and conversion in the form of a SaaS service. The aim is to acquire a user-friendly, efficient and future-proof recruitment system that supports the entire recruitment and the adjustment process and contributes to a professional and legally secure process. Scope of the procurement The procurement includes a web-based standard system for recruitment and conversion that will support: • Needs analysis and vacancy assessment • Management of relocation investigation and preferential right to re-employment • Requirements profile and advertising • Selection, interviews and assessment • Decisions, documentation and follow-up Users and volumes The system must support approximately 500 internal users (managers, HR specialists, administrators) as well as external users in the form of candidates. Approximately 2, 000 recruitment cases and approximately 30, 000 job applications are handled annually. Integrations and IT architecture The municipality strives for open standards and API-based integrations as an alternative existing standard integrations.
