TfL requires the services of Smart Media and Smart Media Ticketing System Security consultancies on an ad hoc basis to provide advice, guidance and research in order to assist the business with planning, risk assessment, development and performance for current and future projects relating to Smart Media Technology, which embodies the specialist areas of Smart Media Ticketing, Mobile Technology, Reader Technology and Smart Media Transit System Security. Such technical consultancy services are required to assist with the development of technical aspects of TfL''s ticketing system and will relate predominantly to the current Oyster, contactless payment card and ITSO systems, but also to future developments for ticketing solutions.The framework will therefore be divided into 2 main Lots:1. Lot 1 -" Smartcard and Smart Media System Consultancy, 2. Lot 2 -" Smartcard/Smartmedia Ticketing System Security.
