Visit Sweden is looking for a supplier who, in close collaboration with us, takes overall responsibility for operation, monitoring and support of the company's network environment as well as secure and regular backup of the Microsoft 365 environment. The assignment also includes need-based user support. As a completely cloud-based organization with around 50 users, we want the supplier to also act as an advisor and quality reviewer for the Microsoft 365 environment in close collaboration with Visit Sweden.
The procurement intends to sign a framework agreement with an agreement period of two (2) years with the possibility of extension with a maximum agreement period of four (4) year. The purpose of the procurement is to call out IT services in a simple and efficient way, in order to generate time and cost savings.
