description of work:
the rcmp and a canadian federal pki bridge pki infrastructures require modernization with improved automation and response times in a highly available clustered configuration. the products currently in use are entrust security manager, openwave/critical path directory and safenet hardware security modules. the entire pki infrastructure requires an architecture review to ensure software and hardware products used are supported and align with vendor roadmaps and industry best practices.
the architecture, implementation of a mobile solution using entrust identity guard with integration with safenet luna technology is required. automation and monitoring of these critical systems will need to be updated with new threshold for availability and automated fail-over to disaster recovery systems. assistance may be required for other pki related initiatives.
the resource will assist with the implementation of single sign-on methodology using an understanding of various technologies such as pki credentials and microsoft's active directory. this will be used in rcmp classified and low security environments.
