SUMMARY OF REQUIRED SERVICES:The objective of the RFSA is to select Qualified Suppliers to provide professional Information Technology and Information Management (IT/IM) services to CBC in the form of additional resources or project delivery service, on an as and when required basis. The term of any Supply Arrangement resulting from this RFSA shall be for three (3) years with no renewal options. 2. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTICIPATION:This RFSA is opened only to Proponents who meet each of the following mandatory requirements as evidenced in its written request for RFSA documents:2.1 The Proponent must have Ontario Temporary Help Agency license in Ontario and be in good standing.2.2 Proponent operates in Canada and both Quebec and Ontario with business numbers, tax registration and insurance.3.
