With this tender, the municipality of Uetikon am See is looking for an IT partner for the IT transformation and IT operations of the municipality, school administration and school for the next four years as part of the UetikonConnect submission. The successful tenderer should have an extensive service cataloguewith the following deliverables:
• Takeover of the existing IT infrastructure incl. Microsoft 365 Tenant
• Migration of the existing user and PC administration, file, print server and other standard services to the existing Microsoft Cloud
• Setting up Microsoft Security / mobile device management services and cloud-to-cloud backup
• Introduction of VOIP telephony
• Procurement of hardware
• Operation of IT (2nd level support)
In total, the operation is for about 150 administrative employees and 600 students with access to PCs supervise.
