IT operational services The competition concerns the delivery of operation and management of the client's IT infrastructure in Stavanger concert hall and Kuppelhallen. The purpose of the agreement is to ensure stable and secure IT operations, a good user experience, as well as effective support for both common and subject-specific systems. Particular emphasis is placed on high uptime, flexible user support and competence within the Microsoft 365 platform. There is also an occasional need for presence during events, mainly related to the operation of AV equipment. This takes place after further ordering. The value of the acquisition is estimated to be above the EEA threshold value. The volume is an estimate and is not binding on the client. For further information, we refer to the procurement documents. The client reserves the right to cancel the competition, including in connection with budgetary coverage and political approval. APPRENTICE: The duty to make requirements for an apprentice is considered to apply to this procurement, cf. Procurement Act §7. See the contract for more information.
